Processing time
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Central on a business day typically ship the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Rates
- Orders of $50 or more: free priority shipping
- Orders under $50: $5.99 flat rate
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO where carriers allow. We do not ship internationally.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your label is created. Allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@shoplyvia.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier and replace or refund qualifying orders.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
