All products sold by Lyvia, a brand of PYN, LLC (“Lyvia,” “we,” “us”), are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
Permitted use
Products may be used only by qualified persons for lawful laboratory research, analytical testing and educational purposes in a controlled setting.
Prohibited use
Products are not intended for, and must not be used for:
- Human or animal consumption, injection, inhalation or any other bodily introduction
- Clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic or veterinary use
- Use as a drug, food, dietary supplement or cosmetic
- Resale or relabeling for any of the above purposes
Regulatory status
Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, or to affect the structure or function of the body. Statements on this site describe chemical and analytical properties only.
Purchaser representations
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you will use products solely in accordance with this policy and all applicable federal, state and local laws, and that you have the training required to handle research materials safely.
Our rights
We may decline, cancel or refund any order, and may close any account, where we reasonably believe a product will be used outside this policy. We do not provide dosing, administration or medical guidance, and requests of that kind will not be answered.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PYN, LLC and its members, employees and agents from any claim, loss or liability arising from your misuse of any product or breach of this policy.
