How fast do orders ship?
Most orders leave our facility within one to two business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.
What does shipping cost?
Priority shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship to addresses within the United States only.
Products and quality
How are your products tested?
Each batch is analyzed by an independent laboratory for identity and purity. Reports are posted in our COA library and on each product page.
What does “30 mg / 30 mL” mean?
Each single-compound bottle contains 30 mg of the listed compound in 30 mL of solution. Our blends contain 30 mg of each listed component, so a three-component blend is 90 mg total.
How should materials be stored?
Follow the storage conditions printed on the label and handle all materials according to standard laboratory practice.
Payments and accounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through an encrypted payment processor. Your full card number is never stored on our servers.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available, though an account lets you track orders and reorder quickly.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. See our Returns Policy.
Research use
Can these products be used on people or animals?
No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research and are not for human or animal use. We do not provide dosing, administration or medical guidance of any kind.
